This self-help booklet, (pdf) written by Dr Heather O’Mahen & Becky Hopely in the UK, helps you understand, manage and overcome low mood and depression. While designed for women who have just given birth, it can be used during pregnancy too. There are six sessions in the workbook which typically take 6-10 weeks to complete.
