Questionnaire data

The getting started questionnaires

On this site we have set up three questionnaires designed to help you get started and identify which of the resources might be most helpful for you. These questionnaires are anonymous and we do not store the answers you give (they are automatically deleted), we also do not collect any personal information (e.g. IP address / email etc) about people who complete these questionnaires.

These questionnaires are set up using a ‘plugin’ service called Quiz and Survey Master (QSM). The company that provides this plugin also do not have access to any of the answers (what we call ‘data’) that are given on these questionnaires or any other data about users of this website and the questionnaires on this website. We also have opted out from sharing any operational data (e.g. the type of questions (yes or no, rating scales, multiple choice)) that are used in this questionnaire to ensure that no data about these questionnaires is shared with a third party. You can read more about the QSM privacy policy here.
