Living Life to the Full have a range of courses and tools for people to improve their wellbeing, resilience and coping skills. Their approach is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). The core courses are free to access (although you need to register with the site) with additional modules then being an option to purchase. Of particular interest to expectant Mums is a course called ‘enjoy your bump’ and there are then two further courses for parents called ‘enjoy your baby’ and ‘enjoy your infant’. These courses are particularly good for parents experiencing low mood/anxiety.
