Understanding your results

If you scored above 8 on the anxiety scale, or 15 on the stress scale, then you may be struggling with anxiety and/or stress. Above 9 on the anxiety scale and above 19 indicates moderate or greater difficulties. We recommend you see our resources for anxiety, worry and stress. If your score on the anxiety scale was above 14 or on the stress scale was above 25, we recommend contacting your GP, primary care provider, midwife or obstetrician to speak to them about your anxiety and stress.
